Created for Discovery Camp exists to help children encounter the wonder of God's creation through hands-on science, intentional relationships, and biblical truth—so they may know they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
We believe every child is created in God’s image with a heart designed to explore, question, and discover. Through joyful learning, teamwork, and care-filled leadership, we aim to reflect Christ in all we do—guiding children to see both the beauty of creation and the loving Creator behind it.
Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for our camp this year! Below you'll find helpful dates, information, and what different volunteer roles will be needed.
This form is NOT signing you up to officially be a volunteer. After expressing interest on this form, the Camp Leadership team will be in touch with you to explore next steps!
Camp Dates: August 4 - 8, 2025 | 8 - 12 each day
Volunteer Roles:
Small Group Leader: Leads a group of 16 campers through each activity block. Builds relationships, helps with behavior, and reinforces the lesson.
Station Leader: Preps and leads hands-on activities (Bible, Science, Games, Creative Time). Volunteers rotate through.
Music & Welcome Crew: Leads morning music, skits, or announcements. Helps set the tone for the day!
Floater / Runner: Fills in where needed, helps with supplies, and assists anyone who needs a break.
Snack & Lunch Team: Prepares and serves food, ensures clean-up, and keeps things safe and smooth.
Check-in & Safety Team: Manages drop-off and pick-up, tracks attendance, monitors security.
While it is most ideal that volunteers would be able to serve each day of the camp, we know that may not be a reality. Please let us know your anticipated availability for the week if you did indeed end up being able to serve!
